MSC Multi Surface Conditioner is a 100% acrylic sealer that penetrates and reconditions exterior chalking and deteriorating surfaces. MSC provides a sound surface for refinishing. MSC is specifically designed to penetrate chalk and to rejuvenate and fortify deteriorating surfaces. MSC creates perfect bonding with subsequent coats and may be recoated with water base or oil base coatings. MSC is available in clear and pigmented formulations.
